By simply purchasing and donating non-perishable food items, you’ll be directly supporting local food pantries, providing them with critical resources to serve those in need. Participating in Feed for Free* is simple: customers can purchase $10.00 or more of food from the specially marked Feed for Free* displays at any Ocean State Job Lot store in Rhode Island. As a reward, you’ll receive a Crazy Deal® Gift Card equal to the value of the purchase. Customers then have the option to donate the purchased food to OSJL for distribution to local food pantries, or they can choose to keep the food for themselves.
