Our Philosophy
What is best for our associates and their families?
- Our rates for family medical coverage do not unduly shift cost burden. This means OSJL pays the same percentage toward the premium for the family medical plan as they do toward the associate-only medical plan.
- If an associate requires time away from work, we have dedicated OSJL Case Managers to support associates and their families through that time of need.
- We pay an overnight travel incentive to all of our truck drivers.
- In our Distribution Center, we pay shift premiums for second, third, and weekend shifts.
- We strongly encourage our associates to use their Paid Time Off.
How do we reduce barriers to access?
- We offer Telehealth and Teledoc services with $0 copays.
- We make dedicated efforts to develop, distribute and employ both internal and external benefits education resources, empowering our associates to make proactive and informed healthcare decisions.
