The OSJL Charitable Foundation, in partnership with Disabled American Veterans, will be sending ability-inclusive dolls to Annapolis, Maryland for children of Ukrainian refugee families who have suffered limb amputations. These handcrafted, specialty dolls were created by Susan and Don Svendsen in East Greenwich, RI to help children and families with special needs cope and adapt.
