A Donation of Wreaths

The OSJL Charitable Foundation made a donation of 50 wreaths to honor deceased Special Forces members. The donations allowed the Special Forces Association of Rhode Island to honor members in nine cemeteries in Rhode Island, five in Connecticut, and one in Massachusetts.

Heroic Gardens Is Underway!

The OSJL Charitable Foundation had previously donated ten pallets of flower bulbs and 22 pallets of cardboard to Heroic Gardens, in early 2024. The first step of their planting process, which involved creating a sunflower field in Northeast Philadelphia, was recently completed. More to come! 

Bikes Donated to Children of Vets in CT

The Charitable Foundation has recently donated and distributed 250 bikes to children of veterans and military families at the Newington Veterans Affairs Clinic in Newington, Connecticut. The donation is the result of our Buy-Give-Get program, which is a community-driven initiative designed to provide items to those in need through the generosity of OSJL and our customers.

Distribution of PJs and Shoes to Children in Need

The Ocean State Job Lot Charitable Foundation’s Buy-Give-Get PJs and shoes program’s success has resulted in the distribution of pajamas and shoes to nearly 46,000 children in need.
