On Thanksgiving, the Ocean State Job Lot Charitable Foundation hosted a community meal. Complete with thousands of pieces of fine china and table linens, it brought to light David Sarlitto, VP of Corporate Giving’s vision to make this meal one to remember. Held in the Job Lot headquarters cafeteria, there were over 80 volunteers, including OSJL associates and their family members, as well as folks from partnering organizations, who donated their time on Thanksgiving to help make this a special event for the almost 200 people in attendance. We wouldn’t have been able to do it without the support of the volunteers, and our partners: Gregg’s Restaurants and Taverns, Quidnessett Country Club, Sid Wainer & Son/Chef’s Warehouse, and Taylor Rental.
