Our Buy-Give-Get Programs
Through our Buy-Give-Get programs, our customers play a pivotal role when they give back to those in need. When a customer buys a Buy-Give-Get item, they receive a Crazy Deal Gift Card equal to the price of the item – essentially making the donation free. It’s a win-win for everyone involved!
Buy-Give-Get Coats is back!
Northeast winters can be fiercely cold, and together, we can help tens of thousands of veterans in need keep warm this winter by donating new winter coats through our Buy-Give-Get program.
This year, because of the tragic devastation caused by Hurricanes Helene and Milton, we will also be donating coats to citizens who were impacted by the hurricanes.
Shop at any Ocean State Job Lot store and:
1. Buy a winter coat for just $40 (regularly $120 or more).
2. Give the coat you purchased back to the cashier, and we’ll make sure it’s delivered to a veteran in need.
3. Get a $40 Crazy Deal Gift Card – free!*
When you use the Crazy Deal Gift Card, your final cost will be zero! There’s no cost to you, and a veteran in need will receive a brand-new winter coat.
Through this Buy-Give-Get program, we’ll work to donate nearly 65,000 coats to veterans in need.

Buy-Give-Get Bikes
We are helping children of military families enjoy the simple pleasure of riding a bike. Ocean State Job Lot is thankful for our loyal customers, who helped us with our first ever Buy-Give-Get bikes program. Through their generosity, we are able to put smiles on kids’ faces by providing 1,800 bikes to children of military families across the Northeast. Thanks to our customers and our partners at American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Disabled American Veterans, USA Veterans, and other veteran services, we are able to distribute the bikes to military families.
In just 9 days, our customers purchased 1,800 bikes for children of military families! We will donate some of the bikes at an event called Vets Fest in Philadelphia, PA, where thousands of veterans will be on hand. We will also be donating bikes to Walter Reed Medical Center in Washington, DC, for children of recovering veterans.
