My leadership journey with OSJL has been the most rewarding time in my career. I started as a Front End Supervisor, to Food Department Head, Area Supervisor, and now an Area Team Leader! We support growth; and that could not be more true. I have grown tremendously in my career with some of the best mentors there are, specifically, Nick B., Maggie F., and Paola P. With their guidance, I became a Certified Training Store Area Team Leader and now do what I love to do! I’m excited for my future and the next steps in my journey to become a Store Team Leader.
