Store Team Leader Opportunities
Are you ready to lead one of our valued Ocean State Job Lot store teams? The Store Team Leader role is accountable for all leadership responsibilities at an assigned Ocean State Job Lot store location, including but not limited to hiring, associate development, store profit and loss reporting, merchandising, and executing operations in compliance with established policies and procedures. The Store Team Leader role leads and develops all associates on their team, guided by the overall philosophy of the company.

Area Team Leader Opportunities
The Area Team Leader is responsible for the timely and consistent execution of all merchandising, operational, and human resource policies and procedures within a designated Ocean State Job Lot store location in accordance with the philosophy and standards of the company. This role participates in managing the entire store while maintaining specific areas of responsibility. The Area Team Leader is responsible for leading, managing, and developing a group of sales associates on their store team.
